Delivery Times
At ROLLEMAN, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Your order will be processed by one of our staff members. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email at the provided address with shipping information and a track and trace link to follow your shipment via PostNL.

Note: Delay with PostNL
Due to the current high volume at PostNL, the delivery of packages may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding in this situation and are doing our utmost to get your package on its way as soon as possible.

Missed Delivery
If the PostNL delivery person did not find you at home and you did not receive a missed delivery note, you will receive digital information about the status of your package. The delivery person may leave the package with your neighbors or at a nearby PostNL point. You can easily track the status of your package using the track and trace link you receive by email.

Western Europe
Price: €14.50 (Free for orders over €150)
Delivery time: 2-5 business days (without delays)
Couriers: Deutsche Post DHL, UPS

Eastern Europe
Price: €18.50 (Free for orders over €200)
Delivery time: 2-5 business days (without delays)
Couriers: Deutsche Post DHL, UPS

Rest of the World
Price: €29.50 (Free for orders over €300)
Delivery time: 2-7 business days (without delays)
Couriers: UPS, DHL, FEDEX

Pickup at ROLLEMAN in Venlo
You have the option to pick up your order in Venlo, but this is only possible by arrangement via WhatsApp. As we currently only have an online store and no physical shop, we ask you to contact our customer service for more information. You can use the WhatsApp button at the bottom right of the website to reach us.
