As long as the total value of the products you ultimately keep after a return or exchange remains above the promotional threshold, nothing changes. You can then simply keep all the free gifts!
When do free items need to be returned?
If, due to a return or exchange, you ultimately fall below the required order value for a specific promotion or gift, then the right to that free item expires. You can then simply return the undamaged gift with your return. Do you prefer to keep the gift yourself? No problem, we will then deduct the original retail value of that item from your refund.
