How does the ordering process work?

As soon as you place your order, we immediately begin processing it in our warehouse. We do this to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.

What can you do?

• Refuse upon delivery: You can refuse the package when the delivery driver arrives. We will process your refund after your return.
• Returns: You have 14 days to return the product after receipt.
