Ordering and delivery

At ROLLEMAN, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Your order will be processed by one of our team members. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with shipping information and a track and trace link to follow your shipment via PostNL.

Due to the current high volume of orders at PostNL, parcel deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and are doing our utmost to get your parcel on its way as quickly as possible.

Missed Delivery
If the PostNL parcel delivery driver didn't find you at home and you didn't receive a "not at home" note, you'll receive digital status updates. The driver can leave the package with your neighbors or a nearby PostNL point. You can easily track your package's status using the track and trace link you receive by email.

Western Europe

  • Price: €14.50 (Free for orders over €150)
  • Delivery time: 2-5 working days (if no delays)

  • Price: €18.50 (Free for orders over €200)
  • Delivery time: 2-5 working days (if no delays)

Rest of the world

Pick up at ROLLEMAN in Venlo

You can pick up your order in Venlo. This is only possible after consultation via WhatsApp. Since we currently only have an online shop and no physical store, please contact our customer service for more information. You can use the WhatsApp button in the bottom right corner of the website to reach us.

Will I get my shipping costs back if I return my item?

Are you returning your entire order? You'll receive a refund for shipping costs in the same way you paid. If you didn't pay any shipping costs because you used free shipping, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Which payment methods does ROLLEMAN accept?

iDEAL is the most popular payment method in the Netherlands. It allows users to make direct and secure online payments through their own bank. With iDEAL, you don't need to create additional accounts; you simply pay with your bank details. ROLLEMAN accepts the following payment methods:

Exchanges and returns

You want to return one or more items. To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

STEP 1
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original packaging and are properly packed for shipping.

STEP 2
Complete the return form and include it with your package. This way, we'll know immediately who the package is from and what to do with it.

STEP 3
Cut out the address information from the enclosed return form, as indicated with the scissors. Attach this paper to the package and send it with sufficient postage.

Lost your return form? No problem! It might have accidentally been missing from your order. Don't worry, we're happy to help.

EXCHANGE

STEP 1

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original packaging and are properly packed for shipping.

STEP 2

Complete the return form and include it with your package. This way, we'll know immediately who the package is from and what to do with it.

STEP 3

Cut off the address label below and stick it on the package. Send the package with sufficient postage.

STEP 4

If you need to exchange an item quickly and don't want to wait for your return to be processed, please send a WhatsApp message to our customer service. Indicate which items you'd like to exchange and order the new items directly from the website.

If you have to pay shipping costs, please send a Tikkie message with the shipping amount via the WhatsApp button on the website. Complete the returns form and indicate that you want a refund.

You can also wait until the item has been processed by us, but to ensure the item is still available, it is useful to order a new one immediately.

After receiving the return package, the purchase amount of the returned item(s) will be deposited into your bank account as soon as possible (and within 14 days).

Free Gifts and Returns

Some orders come with free products. The more you buy, the more expensive the free product.

Exchanging your order:

If you wish to exchange the entire order, please note that the free product must also be returned.

Love the free product:

If you wish to keep this free product or have forgotten about it, this will be included in the refund.

Yes, ROLLEMAN is an online store and we do not have a physical location.

Order Pickup:
Picking up your order is possible, but only after consultation. Contact us for more information.

What is your delivery time?

Due to high demand, our delivery times may be longer than you're used to. So keep a close eye on our website! You can find current delivery times at the top of the homepage, on the item page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout. During sales and holidays, delivery times may be longer, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Our standard delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days, excluding weekends. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. You can also track your package through My Account .

For delivery in the Netherlands you can choose from the following options:

  • Standard : Your package will be delivered to your chosen address from Monday to Saturday. Shipping costs are €7.25 for orders under €99.
