Due to high demand, our delivery times may be longer than you're used to. So keep a close eye on our website! You can find current delivery times at the top of the homepage, on the item page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout. During sales and holidays, delivery times may be longer, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Our standard delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days, excluding weekends. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. You can also track your package through My Account .
For delivery in the Netherlands you can choose from the following options:
- Standard : Your package will be delivered to your chosen address from Monday to Saturday. Shipping costs are €7.25 for orders under €99.

At ROLLEMAN, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Your order will be processed by one of our team members. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 3:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with shipping information and a track and trace link to follow your shipment via PostNL.

Due to the current high volume of orders at PostNL, parcel deliveries may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and are doing our utmost to get your parcel on its way as quickly as possible.
Missed Delivery
If the PostNL parcel delivery driver didn't find you at home and you didn't receive a "not at home" note, you'll receive digital status updates. The driver can leave the package with your neighbors or a nearby PostNL point. You can easily track your package's status using the track and trace link you receive by email.

Pick up at ROLLEMAN in Venlo
You can pick up your order in Venlo. This is only possible after consultation via WhatsApp. Since we currently only have an online shop and no physical store, please contact our customer service for more information. You can use the WhatsApp button in the bottom right corner of the website to reach us.
You have the option to pay for your order afterwards using the following methods:

- Riverty
- iDEAL 3-in-1
Payment by credit card:
Yes, you can also pay by credit card. In that case, the amount will be reserved and only debited after your order has been delivered. Please note: this depends on the monthly charge to your credit card.

After your return is approved, we'll process your refund immediately. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- iDEAL/Mollie: 1-3 business days
- Credit card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: Instantly within 24 hours
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Are you returning your entire order? You'll receive a refund for shipping costs in the same way you paid. If you didn't pay any shipping costs because you used free shipping, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Some orders come with free products. The more you buy, the more expensive the free product.
Exchanging your order:
If you wish to exchange the entire order, please note that the free product must also be returned.
Love the free product:
If you wish to keep this free product or have forgotten about it, this will be included in the refund.
As soon as you place your order, we immediately begin processing it in our warehouse. For this reason, it's unfortunately not possible to cancel your order. For questions about your order, please feel free to contact our customer service.
