Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.45 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@rolleman.nl. We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order.

How do I return an item?

RETURNS

1. Package the item
Place the product in its original packaging and ensure good protection during shipment.

2. Add return form
Fill out the return form and include it in the package. Lost the form?

3. Send the package
Cut out the address label from the return form and stick it on the package. Send it with sufficient postage to our return address.

4. Refund
You will receive the purchase amount back into your account within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES

1. Package and return
Follow steps 1-3 of the return procedure above.

2. Order new item directly
Don't want to wait? Order the new item directly on the website. Contact us via WhatsApp if you have questions about the exchange.

3. Shipping costs
Any shipping costs for the new order can be settled via WhatsApp with a Tikkie payment request.

4. Refund for original item
After processing your return, you will receive the amount of the returned item back within 14 days.

Tip: Order the new item immediately to prevent it from selling out.

Free products with your order

With certain orders, you will receive a free gift. The higher your order amount, the more valuable the free product.

Returning with a free product:

Full return (returning all products):
Return the free product as well. You will then receive a full refund for your paid items.

Partial return (keeping some products):

• Returning the free product = full refund for returned items
• Keeping the free product = the value of the free product will be deducted from your refund

Example:
You order for €120 and receive a free product worth €15. You return €50 worth of items:

• Free product returned = €50 refund
• Free product kept = €35 refund (€50 - €15)

Forgot to return the free product?
No problem. We will automatically deduct its value from your refund.

⚠️ Returning Bundles & Combination Deals

Bundle discounts and combination deals are valid upon purchase of the complete set. In case of a partial return, the discount will be voided and you will pay the regular price for the retained items.

Full return:
Return all components. You will receive the full purchase price back.

Partial return:

• The bundle discount will be voided for the retained items.
• The regular price of the retained item will be deducted from your purchase amount.
• You will receive the remaining amount back.

Example:
You purchase two items as a combination deal with a discount. You return one item. The discount will be voided — the regular price of the item you keep will be deducted from what you paid. You will receive the difference back.

When will I get my money back?

After approval of your return, we will process the refund immediately. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

• iDEAL/Mollie: 1-3 business days
• Credit card: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: Immediately up to 24 hours

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
