Bundle discounts & free gifts

At ROLLEMAN®, we regularly offer attractive promotions, such as bundle discounts and free gifts with your order. To prevent abuse and remain fair to all customers, we maintain clear terms and conditions.

How do our actions work?

Bundle discounts (example) • 10% discount when purchasing 2 products • 15% discount when purchasing 3 products • 20% discount when purchasing 4+ products Actual discounts may vary per promotion.

Free Shipping & Free Gifts Depending on the promotion, free gifts work in different ways:

• Automatically via the shipping bar : With some promotions, free gifts are automatically added to your cart when you reach a certain amount. You'll see this clearly in the shipping bar.

• Manually add on product page : For other promotions, you must add the free gift yourself via the product page. This will be clearly indicated when the promotion is active.

Keep an eye on the shipping bar and product pages to see what promotions are running and how you can take advantage of them.

Forgot to add a free gift? Did you already place your order without adding the free gift? You can still use it later, but you'll have to pay for the shipping costs yourself.

Important conditions for returns

Partial returns with a bundle discount. If you used a bundle discount (for example, a 10% discount on two products) and you return one or more items, the discount will expire and your refund will be adjusted:

• The discount will be recalculated based on the items you keep • You will receive a refund minus the discount difference • Example: 2 products at €50 each with a 10% discount = €90 total. Return of 1 product = refund of €40 (€50 - €10 discount)

Returns with a free gift offer. These terms and conditions only apply if you're returning a product that included a free gift. If you're returning a different product that didn't include a free gift, your refund won't be affected.

When you return a product with a free gift: • Do you want to keep the free gift? Then the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund • Do you also return the free gift? Then you will receive a full refund for the returned paid item • Free gift not included with the return? The value will be deducted automatically

Why these conditions?

These rules ensure that everyone uses our promotions fairly. This prevents customers from simply taking advantage of discounts or free gifts without keeping their entire order.
